Genesis
Housing Corporation administers the Pottstown Homeowner Rehab Program that brings homes up to local codes including lead paint testing
and abatement, new roofing, new heating systems, and new electrical
systems.
Rehabilitation
funding is available for additional homes. To be eligible to participate
in the program, owners must meet income guidelines listed below,
be a resident of Pottstown,
