The Montgomery County Homeowner Rehab Program provides grants and technical assistance to qualified lower income owners to improve their homes and eliminate housing code violations. Genesis Housing Corporation coordinates the program for the Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Development for the western half of the County. Genesis Housing Corporation also coordinates the Handicapped Access Program for Montgomery County.
