PHFA Renovate and Repair Loan Program

Genesis Housing Corporation is one of the first agencies in Pennsylvania to be approved for the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) Renovate and Repair Loan Program. This home loan program provides technical assistance to home owners with reduced interest rate loans to qualified borrowers.  Owners may have limited or zero equity in their homes.
