The Norristown Neighborhood Project acquires and renovates homes to resell at affordable prices to help lower income families to purchase their first homes in the Norristown, PA. To date, nineteen vacant homes have been rehabbed and sold to first-time homebuyers. The federally funded program helps return vacant properties to the tax rolls and keeps owner-occupied homes from becoming rental units.
