home loan program provides technical assistance
to home owners with reduced interest rate loans

Pottstown Homeowner Property Rehab Program provides
grants and technical assistance to qualified
Pottstown lower income homeowners to improve their homes and eliminate housing
code violations.

Jefferson School Senior Apartments Project converted
an old school building to 46 affordable apartments
for senior citizens.
This tax credit
project was completed in 2003 and apartments are
occasionally available.

Walnut
Homes Development. Little’s
Bar was a long-term severely deteriorated vacant
bar and rooming house that was a blighting influence
on the neighborhood and a corner hangout for drug
dealers. Four new homes
have been built on that vacant site and sold to eligible home buyers in the Washington Street neighborhood of Pottstown.

ACLAMO Family Centers, the local Hispanic social service agency. >>

Spring Avenue Condo Development is
a 10-unit development of semi-attached homes
in Ardmore, PA. The first phase of six affordable
homes was completed and sold to lower income
first-time homebuyers in 2003 and the second
phase completed construction in 2004. >>

Genesis Housing Corporation serves as a consultant
to LMAH and Lower Merion Township for affordable
housing to purchase, rehab and resell homes at affordable prices. >>

Cooperative Project was a multi-agency
effort to provide a two-year program of supportive transitional
housing for women and children who have experienced domestic
violence. Genesis Housing Corporation renovated three apartments
and three single-family homes for the program. >>
