The Montgomery Partners for Home Ownership sponsors housing fairs and workshops. The 2007 annual Home Buyers Fair will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2007 at 10:00am at the Montgomery County Community College.

The new workshop schedule is listed below. Workshop topics include Understanding Credit, Realtors, Mortgages, and Grants and Special Programs for First-time Homebuyers.

Since its formation in 1997, the Montgomery Partners for Home Ownership's main goal is to increase home ownership by educating the public about the buying process and the special programs available to first-time buyers. The organization consists of local banks, mortgage companies, real estate agencies, non-profit organizations, County and Local government officials, PA Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The Montgomery Partners for Home Ownership is available to present housing information to interested community groups and employers.
